Registration of Co-organising projects
Booths/Stands are associated with R&D projects that are considered as co-organisers and may present their results in one of the following ways.
To reserve a booth or stand, you must give a related oral presentation and submit the abstract through email to rise_sd2024_info@iti.gr
PARTICIPATION WITH BOOTH
Early registration (until 16-Sep-2024 23:59 EEST): 1900€
Late registration (from 17-Sep-2024 00:00 EEST until 30-Sep-2024 23:59 EEST): 2500€
Note: Please note that the fees for this registration package do not include the accommodation costs at the hosting hotel. Further information on booking your rooms at the hosting hotel can be found here.
How to register: The registration for participation with BOOTH is now closed. You may still register as Participant.
- A registration is considered valid only after the corresponding payment has been received.
- Payment can be performed by credit card or by bank transfer.
This package includes:
- 1 Booth at the exhibition space with room for showcasing and demonstrating the project results, displaying the project’s roll-up banner, and providing project brochures and other project dissemination material
- 1 monitor (~50”) and stand
- Power supply and internet connection
- Project logo in all electronic and printed material of the event; please send a high resolution version of the project logo to rise_sd2024_info@iti.gr once the project is registered and by 30-Sep-2024 23:59 EEST at the very latest
- Registration fees for 2 project representatives that include all event’s costs: i.e., transfer service from/to Thessaloniki airport, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners, social program, conference material, and participation in the RISE-SD 2024 sessions, workshops, and demos
- 1 oral presentation, following the submission of an extended relevant abstract that will be included in the RISE-SD 2024 online proceedings; the extended abstract should be prepared using this template and submitted via email to rise_sd2024_info@iti.gr once the project is registered and by 04-Oct-2024 23:59 EEST at the very latest
- Possibility to publish a paper related to the oral presentation to the Springer Book Series “Security Informatics and Law Enforcement” following a peer-review process; the paper should be prepared using the Springer Book Series template and submitted via the easychair system by 13-Dec-2024 23:59 EEST

- 1 Stand in the event’s space for project brochures and other project dissemination material; you may also bring and display the project’s roll-up banner
- Project logo in all electronic and printed material of the event; please send a high resolution version of the project logo to rise_sd2024_info@iti.gr once the project is registered and by 30-Sep-2024 23:59 EEST at the very latest

Note: The costs for participating in RISE-SD 2024 are eligible as dissemination costs and can be covered by the relevant budget category of EU-funded R&D projects.
